"GUANABANA DELICACY"

INGREDIENTES:

*2 Kilos of guanabana
*1 Litre of water
*100g Cornstarch (corn starch)
*700g of sugar
*250ml of milk
A pinch of salt

PREPARACIÓN:

Peel the guanabana and remove and liquefy the pulp together with the water for 5 seconds, then strain the juice by pressing the pulp with a spoon to obtain 8 cups of soursop juice and reserve.

Place the juice in a saucepan, add the cornstarch, sugar, salt and milk and mix well.

  1. Simmer over low heat, stirring continuously for 15 minutes until lightly stirring.

  2. Pour the preparation into a previously moistened pan, wait for it to cool naturally and then take the pan to the refrigerator until the dish hardens and serve to your liking...
