INGREDIENTES:

150 g of grated chocolate
4 Egg yolks
60g of sugar
200ml of milk cream
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 tablespoons brandy

PREPARACIÓN:

  1. Pour the chocolate into a pot and cook in a bain-marie, over low heat until it is completely melted.

  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar until they are foamy and pale. add it to the melted chocolate and mix well.

  3. Then whisk the cream until it forms a beak and is firm. add vanilla and brandy and add this mixture to the chocolate cream.

  4. Stir all the ingredients together in an enveloping motion until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

5.Finally, serve the mousse in individual glasses or cups and refrigerate for 2 hours and decorate as you like...
