"4-CHEESE PASTA"

INGREDIENTES:
*50g of Roquefort or Gorgonzola cheese
*50g shredded provolone cheese
*50g grated grouyere cheese
*50g grated Parmesan cheese
*1 tablespoon butter
*1 pinch of nutmeg
*200ml of milk cream
*Fresh parsley to be used as a filling (quantity desired)
*Grated Parmesan cheese to decorate the pasta
*salt and pepper to taste
*500g of pasta of your choice cooked

PREPARACIÓN:

1.Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, add the cream and the Roquefort cheese over a low heat.

2.Then we add the other cheeses and mix until they are completely melted.

3.Finally add salt, pepper and nutmeg....

4.Then mix the pasta with the sauce and decorate with the grated Parmesan cheese and parsley and'Bon appetit'.
