''Obrenovac, some 30 kilometers southwest of the Serbian capital Belgrade, has been devastated by flooding that caused the death of 57 people in may 2014. The authorities said it was the worst rain to hit Serbia in well over a century. The city of Obrenovac was hit hardest by the floods, with an estimated 90% of the town flooded. The water came up to the second or third floors of many houses.''
