Too hot!!!
This is day 5 or maybe even more of a heat wave. Right now, it is after 10 pm and it is still hot!! Sweat dripping hot! 90 degree Fahrenheit. That is 32 Celsius if that is what you are used to. And many days it went up to 105+ or 40+ Celsius.
Yup, I know I am whining and I am grateful that I am not in Houston or other places in the world which are fighting floods and other disasters right now. But pretty soon, everything will look like in this picture.
This is taken in the San Diego Mountains right at the border to Mexico. It gets even hotter there.
Hoping for a little bit of rain. But I probably have to wait a few more months for that.
I want rain. I'm up by LA and it's been smoking hot for the last month. There a big fire going on near Burbank. So I empathize with you. Keep as cool as you can.
I want rain too!! And dance in it! Hope the fire will be under control soon. I think there will be lots more fires this year. Lots of fuel!
It's another HOT day and still no rain. I have been keeping tabs on the fire near Burbank, it's not look too good. Stay cool.
We just got some rain and the temperature dropped by at least 10 degrees. I am hoping it will come your way. But I am afraid it won't be enough to help with the fire :(

Thanks for hoping. Every time they forecast rain, we get a few drops. If the temp here dropped, I can't feel it.
