Let's Meet Up San Diego!!
In-person meetups are a powerful, powerful thing! Even though Steemit is an online community, the gatherings of Steemians are always a wonderful thing.
We have had quite a few successful meetups in San Diego and in the wider Southern California area. If you haven't been to one yet, you are missing out! But no worries, there is one right around the corner you can attend.
This time, it will not be a purely social gathering. Rest assured that there will be plenty of time to visit. But we are having a speaker and a theme.
Intro to Crypto
Date: Sunday, September 16, 2018
Time: 2 PM- 4 PM
Location: Urban Farm in Lemon Grove

Let's talk about setting up wallets, exchanges and DEXs, POW vs POS vs DPOS, and Doing Your Own Research.
We are lucky to have Eric as a presenter. He will be coming from Orange County for this meeting. But he lives a large part of the year in Japan and has been an adviser to the Japanese Steemit Meetup - a very successful enterprise.
If there is anything you would like to have discussed please let us/Eric know. He can speak on more advanced subjects as well. We might also be able to persuade him to come back for another meeting.
This will be an outdoor meeting on a local Urban Farm. Bring a hat, water and whatever else you need to be comfortable.
If you like, bring something yummy to share. We all love eating :)

- Join the Meetup group and RSVP - the address will be sent to everyone a couple of days before the meetup.
- Join the SoCaSteemit lDiscord and we will DM the address to you.
- Leave a comment here and we figure out how to get the address to you.
The meeting will be in Lemon Grove, CA 91945.
