Help Wanted!!

Heck. What am I saying?

Help needed!!! Who here understands dTube?

I have an iPhone 6 I take pictures and videos with. Yesterday, I uploaded a short video as a test and everything went fine. The video uploaded. I took a snap. It uploaded. I published and it shows up in my feed.

Today, I uploaded a slightly longer video and it showed me that it was uploaded.

Same with the snap.

But after publishing, only my description shows up!!!!

What?????

Do I need to change the format? I am lost!!

Ideas?

    I need help with dtube also. I uploaded a few videos, they look fine from my laptop but will not play on my cellphone. Any ideas?

    no ideas. I am struggling and will keep posting once in awhile. But so far - it hasn't been all that successful :( . But they are in early beta - so, I am sure things will improve.

    Hi Marianne! They have fixed the DTube uploader. It now works so that the videos we upload work correctly without any adjustment or conversion on mobile phones. This is excellent:)))
