very cool. What's the goal for November?
Looking at the calender I'm not sure that I'll be able to reach this number but I'll try. No matter what I will go for at least two speed workouts. I am so bad at prioritizing those, I just go for the easy ones.
No matter how high your peak is: what matters is to commit yourself to reach it?
