Hi, friends from Italy.

Something that reminds me of Italy is the ice cream at Piazza del Popolo.

Piazza del Popolo is a place we can all visit when we are in Rome. Chocolate and Pistachio ice cream is a crazy but tasty combination, hahaha.

In the city of Cumaná (Venezuela), there is an ice cream shop called Marco Polo. Its owner is an Italian who came to Venezuela many years ago.

Marco Polo ice cream is a franchise that stands out for offering the public "Quality and Tradition".

My nephews and my brothers love to eat ice cream there (I can't eat ice cream at the moment because I'm diabetic). Sometimes, we meet at Marco Polo and take the kids there to enjoy an ice cream cone while the adults chat.

My sister loves Strawberry Cheesecake and can eat up to two, hahaha.

As I'm the oldest in the family, I always pick up the tab!

The kids love it when I tell them about Marco Polo and tell them stories of my travels to Italy. They love to hear me speak Italian (basic language) with the sons of the owner of the place.

My sister-in-law is a descendant of a Roman family and is very fluent in Italian she can communicate better than I can. But it's not necessary to know the language to have a conversation with Francesco (the franchise owner) because he speaks perfect Spanish.

As we all love soccer, our conversations always revolve around Calcio. Everyone has their favorite team, and although we never agree, hahaha, we have a very friendly moment.
