Steemit is a Facebook killer: A brief tallk on the start of something new.

Steemit the Facebook killer welcome to the shift.

The story of Steemit.

Steemit is a New York-based startup it was co-founded by Ned Scott, CEO, and Daniel Larimer, CTO. It was started in January 2016.

Daniel had his hand in production of the innovation of https://bitshares.org

They seem pretty innovative, freeware open source but with ownership.

It is a strange legalese concept that only visionaries can dare use thought experiments or philosophy to conclude the direction our future manifests.

It is of course not new to the blockchain world concept. I do have personal questions regarding trademarks, intellectual property and currency laws as do many developers and innovators....

I am confident as a futurist I know where this is all headed. It could be stubborn ego, but I was there before blockchain, with very hard lessons learned....

Please watch this movie for a wake up and an intellectual adventure if you are a developer. Just don't drink all the Kool Aid there will be another shift one day (jmo)

Here is a sample of some of the projects from the founder of Steemit

BitShares 2.0 is a Financial Smart Contracts platform that enables trading of digital assets and has market-pegged assets that track the value of their underlying asset (e.g. bitUSD tracking the U.S. dollar).

MUSE is a public ledger specifically tailored for the Music Industry that keeps track of worldwide copyrights. It is an ownerless, automated, globally distributed, Peer-to-Peer network that is both transparent and open to all.
Dan and Ned met in 2016 to start this peer to peer site and concept Steemit.
The idea of content being rewarded by the community was born.
The original seed may have started from an investigation into insurance.
What were the discussions regarding insurance?
Insuring a crypto currency or a platform. One can only speculate without a direct conversation with the founders.
What are we insuring a perceived value of a token.
I would love to hear the conversation. Can you insure a currency that is NOT legal tender?
Let's get back to the premise:
Steemit is a Facebook killer!!! *********************************************************************************************************************************
Makes one smile. 😄😄😄
There are two schools of thought on this and it is within a 100% mathematical certainty only one is correct.
Some guy stole MySpace's idea called it Facebook and it was born just like the movie.
OR...
(Did I mention I am a shit disturber?)
Some People thought MySpace could be cleaned of its organic content and we can use the data given freely by its users with hidden unilateral digital contracts.

The idea of 'payment for content' Steemit pays users half with “Steem Power,” a vesting currency that fuels voting power, and half with Steem Dollars, which can be exchanged for U.S. Dollars.
This is a quote from Ned:
NS: At Steemit’s core is Steem, the blockchain, and we feel it is important we start with this because Steem is open-source, transparent, un-censorable and available for anyone to leverage as they see fit. The uniqueness of Steem, where posts, comments and votes sit directly on the blockchain, allows Steem to be leveraged in a few new and different ways, including blockchain-based attribution.

So right away. Would you rather surf the net for stimulation on MySpace knowing they renamed it Facebook. That they search your computer, turn on your mic globally track you and sell all of your private data?

Or ..... get paid😜 in un taxable tokens of course.
You will understand eventually Mr. .gov spies on you. They truly have nothing better to do than protect the racket.
Facebook has been dying anyway....
People stopped writing personal stuff and many are just starting to see the scam that is world politics, government, voting and truth.
The 'I have nothing to hide' crew, are wondering how a site can search non users information.
Turn on microphone, come on, surely nobodies interested it that.
To sum this up STEEM has killed Facebook already, the slow but sure Exodus is happening.
Steemit will see articles they never expected nor wanted.
It will not be gradual like the awareness of Facebook .... It will happen almost right away.
Once the platform cleans up a little and the edit and preview functions are in place.
Steem users will be reading about vitamin B17, who killed Jfk and why the NASA ISS feed was cut.
The next phase, of global control will see some kind of controls and then...
Judgement Day...
*** The day they try and tax crypto.
That will come with a large worldwide fight.
It is coming and it will be historical, will we be free?
There are methods. Many are living for this fight now. Private islands, giving back birth certificates, starting your own bank. The methods are diverse and many are fully functional now.
The chain is tightening,Goldman Sacs in the blockchain, JP Morgan?
What on earth do you think will happen???
They had the KNOWN hand in the subprime meltdown. Not hidden. The death toll worldwide is shocking for ancient fossil fuel.
Yes, Steemit is a game changer and will Kill Facebook. Probably Zuker is in a frenzy copying the platform. It's open source? Freeware? He may even be of Red shield https://m.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/2geokf/mark_zuckerberg_is_jacob_greenberg_is_grandson_of/
This is just beginning. It may be a killing field.
