NOODLE GIRL JOURNEY #02: PANSIT IN MARABUT, SAMAR
Recently, my office had held an assessment conference and workshop in Marabut, Samar.
The place is a paradise! Nature is at its best -----> quiet, serene and tranquil. All you can have in one place. Technically, all mobile signals are very weak and definitely no WIFI available in the area. Which is very good 'cuz people will have to shut off from the social media world and savour the beauty in front of them.
The magnificent view of the beach, the infinity pool and their excellent landscape will greet you on your arrival.
In their restaurant area, many people are dining in and enjoying their lunch.
Since, I am a Pansit Girl (Noodle Girl), I had ordered BAM-I (a Filipino Noodle dish, with a misture of thin and thick noodle). I heard it was delicious and very mouth-watering.
Obviously, the platter seems so full and vibrant with too many vegetables in it. Just by looking I know that they had used the thin noodles. These are the ones that literally melts in your mouth.
I was right!!!! They melt in my mouth! I looove it! I almost ate half of the platter.. ahhaha.. burp! Do forgive me. I just cant stop myself.
What can you ask for?? A noodle right in the middle of a paradise?! Oh yeah!
Gotta come back and have my Pansit Cravings sated next time.

I have a few Filipino friends and tried Pansit, yes a very tasty noodle dish.

What a wonderful setting for such a delicious looking meal. Those are the type of noodles I like as well.
Nice place to stay and enjoy. Just by looking at the pancit it looked yummy.
Its more than yummy.. swear! Haha
