Vasili Dmitrievic was born in 1371. Vasili became the chief of the Russian Princepality in 1389.

Vasili tried to make Russia completely independent. That is why Vasili has canceled the annual tax that he must give to the Mongols. Upon this incident, the Mongolian army surrounded Moscow. Vasili thought he could not win this war. That's why Vasili made a deal with the Mongols. And Vasili agreed to pay taxes the Mongols annually.

Vasili has made many new buildings in Moscow, the architectural area. Vasili also tried to strengthen the Russian economy.
