Theoden

Theoden was born in 2948 of the third age in the Tolkien's middle world. Theoden was born in Gondor, but after his grandfather passed away, he lived in Rohan. Theoden became King of Rohan in 2980. Shortly after Theoden became king, Theoden's mind was poisoned by Grima. And Theoden had to do Saruman's evil desires. Gandalf later rescued Theoden. Shortly after Theoden recovered, Saruman attacked Rohan with a large army. Theoden won this battle, though difficult. Later, Theoden, along with his army, assisted Gondor, who was invaded by Sauron. Theoden was killed during the war in the year 3019 of the third age.
