Face Yoga Make the People Young

US-based researchers at Northwestern University have found that 30 minutes of face-to-face yogas appear to be at least three years younger in five months. The study, published in the JAMA Dermatology science journal, examined 27 female participants aged 40 to 65 years. Participants participated in 32 different face exercises. It was noted that middle-aged participants who had a half-hour-a-day exercise a day seemed to be three years younger at the end of 20 weeks. Scientists have found that the upper and lower cheeks of exercises are becoming fuller and more tense. In addition, the participants expressed their satisfaction with the outcome of face-to-face and felt rejuvenation in all their faces. "Exercises enlarge and strengthen facial muscles so that the face becomes tense and shaped like a young face," said Murad Alam, lead investigator, "We will confirm the findings with a wide range of research." The face yoghurt was developed in 2007 by Annelise Hagen, a well-known yoga teacher.
