Dessert from purple sweet potato.

 I just harvested purple yam from gardening behind the house. this purple sweet potato is very delicious but for children and family at home we have to be good at creating purple sweet potato into favorite food.I have simple tips to cultivate purple yam by cooking dessert from purple sweet potato.

       

Materials needed :

purple sweet potato
wheat flour
sugar
salt
cooking oil

      

How to make :

Stew with a pinch of salt. boiled not long only 10-15 minutes. Then drain the water first.

      

Peel the purple sweet potatoes and cut into small pieces then crush and mix with the wheat flour

       

       

       

After so the dough then form the dough and fill with sugar, but we can fill it according to taste
  
      

      Fry the oil period hot, with a simple fire / slowly to sugar in the dough melts

       

     After the colors change somewhat to the emasan, drain and ready to enjoy

              

 In addition to purple sweet potatoes, we can also make the same food with other ingredients such as yam or taro.for its contents we can also use other ingredients like honey or if you like the fruit may mix it with extra fruits
