THINK TIME
I came across something recently that would be wrong not to share. I have learned to schedule in specific time for thinking. I don't mean sitting in your chair twirling trying to think of something and daydreaming. Instead, use this time surrounding a specific theme or question or those items that have been on the list of things of yaI'm going to do that, or ya ya tomorrow.... This may start to seem familiar to some of you. If it does this is going to be great!
The gist of Think Time is to target a few hours a week, scheduled hours, to focus your thoughts on answering a specific question or planning the next step that will inch you towards your goals or how I can be a better parent or a better son or partner. Imagine what doing this for a month will do to your momentum, drive, and fulfilled life.
