Bonnum: Basic Income for Humanity powered by EOS´ Blockchain
Basic income is getting a lot of publicity recently.
We are also seeing the idea of using cryptocurrency as a basic income starting to spread. There are a number of projects that seek to duplicate what the Manna Project is doing.
The latest is an EOS based program that seeks to use that blockchain as a means of distributing a basic income to people. Obviously, being on EOS it is just starting out since that chain is less than a month old.
Bonnum's website does not tell much other than to say they are an EOS based dapp that is going to have an ICO to distribute funds as a basic income.

We empathize with the team that is putting this together. The struggles we endured the last 3 years were not easy. Bringing something like this to market is a very difficult endeavor.
There is a lot of room for many projects such as ours. One of the keys we found is that having a constantly expanding project is required. We are finding so many different areas to move into as the project unfolds. Simply providing a token as an income is not enough. One of the main reasons we are bringing on people with such diverse backgrounds is because of the constant evolution that is necessary. Each door that we pass through has two more tied to it.
Such is the path when taking on such a large issue such as global poverty. There is a lot of people suffering and help is badly needed. Our goal is to help as many people as we can in many different ways.

I imagine that this kind of projects are very hard and as a future developer I try to promote and to participate on the ones that I find more interesting. I also wish good luck to the Bonnum team and great success for the people behind @mannacurrency.
