I was just in the sauna thinking about @nubody's response. My approach to these kind of statements is to ignore them and be polite. I believe in free and open discussion without antagonism. That's the only way we will spread knowledge and grow.

I find people who will make blanket statements like that without even reading the entire post extremely amusing. I have met these people in real life and they are even funnier in person than online! They make me laugh so hard! My sense of humour allows me to see the funny side but the part of my heart that harbours my cynicism smiles sadly through the laughter!
I am going to leave my vote for @nubody's comment there for a few days so that everybody who reads this post in the future will see your comment @maneki-neko. In a day or two I will remove my vote from their comment. I didn't like it either! The comment just seemed silly as it criticised while admitting to not having read the post. I UPvoted the comment to show that there was no animosity on my part but your response has galvanised me!
We must remember that there are many nu corporate actors buying their way onto Steemit. I am not saying that @nubody is one. Perhaps they are just nu? 😉
