National Debt Jumps Over $23 Trillion. Another All Time High!
In this weekend report, from London on Saturday, November 2nd I look at the action in the stock market following the U.S. job data that came out yesterday.
I also look at the U.S. government national debt as it jumped over $23 trillion yesterday as well and how the debt and the stock market are connected to each other.
My conclusion for the day is that it's imperative for the Federal Reserve and the powers that be to keep the debt bubble going as the popping of that bubble would bring the whole system down. The key to the perpetuation of this bubble is, of course, the U.S, consumer's appetite to spend.
