SOUTH INDIAN FISH PULUSU.(CHEPALA PULUSU)
INGREDIENTS:
Fish: 1/2 Kilo
Onions:1 Chopped
Ginger +garlic paste
Oil: To Fry
Red Chilli Powder; 2tbsp
Tamarind: 50 gram
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Salt: As per taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take a Fish cut and clean them.
Now you have to add red chillipowder, turmeric powder, salt and fry them in oil.
Now the colour change to brown. and keep them aside.
Now add chopped onions, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste.and fry them.
Now take a small bowl and soak the tamarind aside.
Now add tamarind water in fried onion paste and add salt as per taste and boil in 10 minutes.
Then add fried fish in that boiled pulusu. Now ready to serve your south Indian style Fish pulusu.( chepala pulusu)
