Mount Everest is in the Himalayan mountains lying between Tibet and Nepal. It is over 29000 feet above the sea level. It was named after an Englishman George Everest who was the first to survey the Himalayas in 1841. Mount Everest has always fascinated climbers. But climbing mountains like Everest is difficult and dangerous, for there is snow all over.
