Heron drawing is a fun and creative activity that anyone can do very easily. In today's blog, we will discuss the step-by-step method of drawing a Heron, by following which you can easily draw a beautiful Heron.

Step 1: To draw a Heron, first draw the basic shape of a Herons face and body on paper. Be sure to give priority to the smooth fantastic swelling upward curves at the foundation of the Heron’s beak and body so as to make a clear rounded shape of the Heron possible. The sharpness of the beak and the shape of the body reveal the basic characteristics of the Heron, which will bring your drawing to life.

Step 2:
Afterwards, sketch a Heron's wing. Make the wing shape large and wide so that it balances the Heron. You can add detail to the wing feathers, such as feather lines and layers, which will make the Heron's wing structure more realistic. The right size and shape of the wing help to enhance the overall beauty of the Heron.

Step 3:
Now draw the Heron's tail. Give shape and structure to the tail to depict the full form of the Heron. The Heron will look more graceful if the tip of the tail is slightly thicker and thinner towards the end. Shape the tail so that it blends nicely with the Heron's body.

Step 4:
In step 4, draw the two feet of the Heron and the water under the feet. The shape of the legs will be long and narrow, which will show the natural position of the Heron. Adding a watermark will bring the image to life.
