There are many things that can be done to increase opportunity of being noticed, some are investment based while others are content based.

Up your game, I had to evolve my content creation to get noticed. Try fancy edits and titles spice things up a bit and a particular suggestion for this video try record on landscape mode if you can so that your video fills the whole video window.

Glad you are still here after so much troubles getting noticed but knowing how to better yourself is only half the battle the other half is making it happen.
