Today I have a simple bun I'm gonna dress this crab up beautiful ready to plate I'm going to tell you an easy way to plate this where it looks good and it'll taste even better

so what we have here is a simple crab burger very easy tip if you're making something very simple quick you can do this on the shore you can do this with any kind of fish today

I used crab cake I love using seafood what I'm making sandwiches okay so it's a basic crab cake just easily pan seared on the grill you can do it on a griddle you can do it on a grill

you can fry it however way you want to prepare this crab cake so quick ingredients I have here to compliment the sandwich very simple chapada bun you can use a kaiser you can use brioche

whatever you want you can even do mini sliders if you want so it's very simple just a little bit of mail with some sriracha sauce whisk it all together presto you have sriracha mayo very easy

it'll keep it nice and moist it'll actually be like glue for your bread when you put it together okay so I'm gonna be very generous with this I like to turn the heat up here on fish

and fire just on the top part of the bun spread it around nice evenly like so okay we have the top part of the bun ready to go okay next thing we're gonna do when I let a little bit of vegetarian

options to this sandwich something fresh something light I have a nice little tomato here we're gonna cut this tomato in fairly big chunks the reason why nobody wants paper-thin tomatoes

in the sandwich I'm gonna be honest okay when I need a sandwich I want to taste it tomato I want to bite into it I want seeds popping out of my mouth

I want my face to be dirty nobody wants to eat a sandwich with a fork and a knife okay so we have here fresh-cut Tomatoes we have some nice alfalfa sprouts with some amaranth give it a little bit of color

to get a little bit of crunch okay now we're gonna build this sandwich here we have our crab cake lightly fried again you can use any kind of fish you want for this sandwich okay

we're gonna grab our tomatoes dress it on top like so we're gonna grab our sprouts we're gonna put it on top like so okay our perfectly Mayo sriracha mayo bun on top like

so and look at that you have a mouth-watering sandwich I almost want to fight right into it right now but we're not going to do that we're gonna plate it nice

simple plate again when you are plating something whether it's a sandwich pasta any kind of dish I always like to start from the center out okay you want it to be the main event now

if you're doing it like for your kids you're gonna want to cut this sandwich for me I'd dive right into it but in this case here we're gonna cut the sandwich like so for a couple reasons

I want the presentation to look nice and when you open up the sandwich look at that you're gonna get a little bit of a male you got your sprouts you got your tomato

we're gonna work on the center we're gonna keep it like so and you can see this sandwich is mouth-watering again when you're plating

I like to use the center of a plate you can garnish it with some tomatoes you can put a little side salad.
