Steamed buns
Ingredients :
14-15 pieces
200 grams water (room temperature)
2 tsp yeast instant (yeast)
2 tablespoons of liquefied vegetable oil / butter
6 tsp sugar
1 tsp granulated sugar (to be added to the mixture)
300 gr versatile flour
120 grams of yellow / purple yam that has been steamed and mashed
steps:
Mix water, yeast, and 1 tsp sugar, let stand for about 5 minutes.
Add the smoothed sweet potatoes, sugar residue, and flour. Stir until the dough becomes slightly dull.
Add the liquid oil / butter, knead the dough for about 10 minutes. when the dough is too wet, can be added a little flour.
Cover the bread dough and rest for 10-15 minutes, until the dough expands.
For the dough weighing 20 grams each (more or less), then rolled into a spherical shape. Thickness between 3-4 mm.
