I want to share with you one motivational thing that I practice.

Perhaps each of you sets goals. There are several techniques that help achieve this or that goal.
For example, to visualize your dream - that is, print out the photo of the car you are dreaming of, or a photo of the place where you dream to visit and so on.

This is a very effective way of motivating and achieving the goal.

Why is this happening?

Everybody knows about the theory of materialism a long time ago. According to this theory, all our thoughts are material. It really is!

With me very often happened like that. For example, I thought about my friend, whom I had not seen for a long time. And after a while I greet him absolutely casually in the park or in some cafe. Agree that you have this too. This is only a small example of the fact that our thoughts are material.

It would seem that these are just thoughts and they are worthless. But really not! When you start thinking, the brain begins to work more actively and it is he who materializes your thoughts. After all, our brain is the on-board computer that controls our body and the events that are taking place around us. This is a scientifically proven fact! I will not go into details and give examples of experiments. This is not my main goal in this article.

My history!

I want to share with you an example of what I started to do recently. One day I came across an interview with one motivational speaker - Brian Tracy. In this interview, he also talked about the materialization of our thoughts and shared his methodology for achieving the goals.
According to his theory, in order to be successful and quickly achieve the goals set, he must do 10 records daily. That is, a person once a day sits down and writes his global or temporary goals in a notebook. And so every day!

It is important that when writing the next day, you do not look at the sheet of yesterday's goals - it's very important!
With time, you will notice that sometimes your goals will change. This is absolutely normal. this means that they were either temporary or not important for you at all.

This technique will allow you to quickly achieve the planned.

I decided to experiment and make such a record!

When you write down your goals every day, they seem to stay in your brain. With each new record, they stay stronger and stronger in your brain. Even when you do not think about them, your brain tries to realize them.

It really is!

I modified the system of "10 records"

I modified the system of "10 records" a little and now I will explain why.

At some point in time, I realized that for me 10 goals (10 records) are not enough. It was so that on different days there were additional goals. although they were not targets for this day.

When I sat down to analyze my notes, I noticed that in fact, I constantly repeat the same goals. That is, I really understood what I need most.

This helped me to determine and set everything up according to priorities. I'm sure that this can help people determine what they really want in life. After all, very often people just do not know what goals to set before themselves, because they have a lot of them and what they achieve first.
This leads to the fact that you do not focus on one thing and spray, which does not give you a concrete result.

What you need to start:

  1. Start a notebook where you will write down your goals every day on a new page. It is important that no one can open it except you. All the same this is your secret goals or desires =)))

  2. make notes daily! It takes less than 1 minute.

  3. do not look at your previous entries you made yesterday

  4. in 2-3 months you can do it - sest and analyze all the records and find out what goals and desires are repeated most. (It is important that these desires are measurable, for example, you want to weigh 75 kg or you want to earn $ 1 million, etc.).

  5. decide on the most important desires and now you can print a photo of them =)))

  6. continue to write down your goals and desires and see how they change

  7. achieve the result! Be like Rocky Balboa
