Proverbs 3:5-7
[5]Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
[6]In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
[7]Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

We get so used to globalising our Thanksgiving😔 that we forget what God has done and focus on what He has not done.😔 I'm guilty of that act. We will begin by looking at what is called TRUST

Trust never starts as trust but as Faith. Coz faith is based on things not seen. For example,

If i see you and tell you, i will give you 5k. And i give you 5k, the next time i meet you and tell you i will give you 100k will you doubt me? No you won't doubt me but you know i will obviously give it coz i already kept my promise the last time. That's what the bible meant by trust the lord with all your heart. Trusting the Lord is more than belief

You remember what the bible says in Hebrews 11:3? He says By faith we believe that all things were framed by the word of God. Trust means you should go back to your work with God and see His faithfulness and cling to it. He has liberated you from sin, has given you life and has given you a new name. The same God who did that can do all what he just said he will do.

Acknowledgement

This word is deep and is the key to this scripture. Acknowledgement is remembering what God has done. Making reference if what He did yesterday and holding up to it in all your ways
That is, no matter the situations, financial, spiritual, emotional, educational and etc....
He said in all your ways, acknowledge Him.
Have you ever testified of something like your sickness like HBP is over and then you begin feeling the symptoms of that illness?

Ohh i have done that, there was a time i was so on fire for God, the fire was so heavy and anointed, my prayers were always answered but the sin i testified of conquering and leaving behind, i found myself going back to them. Have you read in tour bible that Satan left Jesus for a while?🤔 Ohh this God is Wonderful, He shows you what you are to become but he doesn't tell you the bumps you find on the way. What happens to you when your future begins to look like your past? What do you do?

Everytime, your door of tomorrow refuses to open, go back to yesterday's door and call on Him. Forget about the door of tomorrow and get back to the door that had been opened and remind Him of how he opened the previous doors😊❤️🤭

That is acknowledging Him.
Where is the God who opened the doors of yesterday?🥺 Count your blessings, name them one by one.
David understood this, and he counted the blessings. Reminded God of how he liberated him from the hands of the bear and the lion. Let me tell you that it is when he did that, that the lord God of hosts gave him that wisdom to kill Goliath.

How can a little boy with no experience come to kill a warlord with only a sling and stones?
You want open doors in ministry as a young preacher and you keep crying for new levels of anointing. You have fasted, you have prayed, they have prophesied over you, that you receive open eyes but till today, you haven't seen any vision. I have come with this message for you. Go back to what God has given you and acknowledge Him.

There is a God in heaven and He exalted his word above himself. He will always honour it. Forget about the door which refuses to open and turn back to the doors he has opened. Please read this little teaching. It's amazing, so amazing to give thanks to God, gratitude is beautiful. If you can name the blessings one by one🤭

Lord thank you for this level of grace, though i can't lift the lame from a wheelchair now, i can't prophesy, as a matter of fact the last time I tried to prophesy they said it was all a lie, i will not force myself to tell lies. But i thank you that when I teach, i can bless people with the teaching. You can shake your past for the keys of your future to be open. Ohhh lord i thank you because I don't have a multitude listening to me but i gave 10 people who listen to me.

When you do this, the lord smiles and says who is this little child who has understood this mystery? Ahhh we need to acknowledge Yeshua in all our ways. Think of what he has done and say it. Tell him that you have not forgotten what He has already done in your life..

Be grateful

It is work to count them one after the other. Leave what God has not done and focus on what He has done. There is no limit for the man who acknowledges God.

You have the gift of singing and playing an instrument and they call you to play in a birthday or small gathering. But you declined and said your level is not that one. I tell you child of God, acknowledge that they have noticed and acknowledged that you have a talent. That birthday can be the platform through which you will burst into the world. Thank God for that opportunity😭😭😭😭

You're a preacher and they invite you to a small prayer band, go there and come back and thank God for the fact that they have recognized the grace you carry and you'll be amazed that an angel will be dispersed for you and will announce you. That's the thing we fail to understand in this our world where we want only fame and glory.

Acknowledge ABBA🙇🏾‍♂️
I'm done with what i had to tell us all. I'm grateful for this opportunity. I'm grateful for those who will read till the end. And i pray we begin to practice what we sing.
