steem反查工具：获取共同操作账户某个操作的真实操作者

steem可以授权给另外一个账号，进行(公共)账户管理，但是查谁是真实的操作者呢？

我根据O哥的文章写了一个小工具，可以获取谁是真实的操作者。
输入账户名字，以及transaction_id即可查询
例如这个：https://steemd.com/tx/538846119a1cc5d8cc30b289fa6672c8ace58649
很快得出了结果，是我操作了@jianan的账号，哈哈哈
