Cannabis for sleep
It is known that cannabis helps many people who have problems with sleeping. As cannabis has been used for ages as a medecine, it has also always been used to help with sleeping disorders.
Vaping indica cannabis strains helps with sleeping problems. For sleeping it’s better to use indica strains then sativas. Sativas will lift you up and give you energy, while indicas will relax you and help you to sleep.

what's the Pax 2 like? is it worth buying or would you recommend something else, looking for something that is not too harsh.
I enjoy the Pax for sure. Some points to consider: if you use the original oven lid then you can put 0.3 grams of cannabis in it, but there are other oven lids available so you can fill the oven only 50%. A vape session with a filled Pax is about 30 mins. Pax 2 is only for weed, not for hash (or mix the hash with some weed and then put in the Pax oven). Also the Pax gets very hot when using, but overall I am happy with it, although the price is high!
