Boh trueng masak puteh ( Terong masak putih masakan khas aceh)
Ingredients:
- White eggplant
- Eggplant peeled and cleaned
- Red chili
- Green chili
- Red onion
- Lemongrass
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Candlenut
- Coriander
- U neulheu/ Coconut gongseng milled ( Aceh typical seasoning)
- Mix ingredients and spices into the eggplant
- Coconut milk
how to make:
- Saute onion and chili until fragrant
- Then enter the eggplant
- Stir well
- Give a little water
- Wait until it boils
- Then enter the coconut milk to taste
- Keep stirring until boiling
- Do not forget to put enough salt ya
- Finish
- Ready to served
