Idli rice - 4 cup (idli arisey) ratio: 4: 1
Urad Dal - 1 cup
Salt - as required
Fenugreek - 1 teaspoon
Spread the rice for 5-6 hours. Soak the urad dal and fenugreek seeds for an hour.
