one issue i was wondering if you could troubleshoot is that the upvote comment portion dosent seem to work. i ran a yest with two profiles and it seems that the service for upvoting comments is not functioning. maybe i am mistaken in how it works.
i hope you get a chance to clarify for me :)

is there a way to schedule our upvotes ? I want always to upvote people with my 100% voting power but sometimes I am busy to do it, is there some tool that can help me do that ?
