Recipe: Healthy almond pudding

Peeled almonds - 1 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Ghee-5 spoons
Sugar- 4 spoons
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Saffron-pinch filled
Method
Take almonds and a little milk and prepare cracked paste in the grinder. Heat a nonstick pan and add two spoons of ghee. When the ghee becomes warm, put almond paste and remaining milk in it. Now cook this mixture for three to four minutes on medium flame. Continue mixing continuously so that almonds do not stick in the pan. Now add sugar in the pan and mix well. Cook the mixture for another 10 minutes. When the mixture is thickened, turn off the gas. You can also mix saffron in halva if you wish.
