Steemian Friends,

Homework

Question 1:
What is Graphic Design? Briefly Share with me your understanding about graphic design

Graphics Design:
When a designer uses computer software to make art according to his heart's desire, we call him graphic design. A designer's design shows the beauty of his mind. Through computer software, a designer designs with the sweetness of colours. When designed on a computer, it is perfect.

Graphic design involves representing a work graphically through colours, lines, and shapes. For example, I have a garment business and need to advertise my garment products to people. So, I have to design through computer software to increase the beauty of my product and reach people's minds. The product designer of my garment is a graphic designer, and a graphic designer is in high demand in today's digital age.

For example, before submitting a post on the Steemit platform, we design the thumbnail image with Canva. With Canva, we strive to make digital appeal to everyone. This job is graphic design, and we do most of our designs with Canva.

Question 2:
Pick any three of the principles of Graphic design and talk about them based on your level of understanding .

Balance:
If we draw a square by hand, the balance is not maintained on all sides. But if you draw a square with graphics design software on the computer, you can draw it by keeping balance on all sides. I have drawn the square using Canva software. I have shown by drawing that balancing on one side and not balancing on the other side.

Alignment:
Computer graphics design software can fix the alignment of lines, squares, or rectangles. If I select centre and align, then the left, right, and top or bottom lines are equally aligned. I've given examples of alignment that are correct and incorrect with Canva software below.

Repetition:
Repetition is the method of designing a line, square, or rectangle in the same alignment consecutively or intermittently. I have shown the repetitions correctly and incorrectly using the Canva software below.
