Meeting spring.
These photos are from March 1, so we have a spring meeting. A fun folk event when a burning scarecrow stands in all cities, symbolizing the arrival of spring. This fun time is called Shrovetide. People walk and have fun, treat everyone on the streets with pancakes. I think that a great tradition has existed for over 100 years.
