The island of Hokkaido is rich in beautiful places, one of which is the national park of Japan. Its flora and fauna differ little from the Far Eastern Russian nature: here you can find a brown bear, a deer, and also a pika (an unusual rodent). On the territory of the reserve is the highest point of the island - the Asahi volcano.
