Chocolate cake. Very tasty. If you like juicy biscuit cakes, and even chocolate ones, cook for sure! In the photos I have a double cake, which is why the cake is so tall, but in the ingredients I give the original recipe for one biscuit cut into 2 cake layers.
Cook for the day, the night will soak!
Important! Food should be at room temperature and the oven is well preheated. Get the oil in advance! Dough. Mash the egg with sugar until it is white.
Add sour cream, condensed milk, cocoa, stir well. Then sift the flour with baking powder and stir gently.
Place in oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. If you see that the cake is very dark, reduce towards the end to 180 gr.
Cream. For the cream, simply mix together the butter, cocoa and the remaining half of the condensed milk. Stir well until smooth without lumps.
When the cake has cooled down, carefully cut into halves. It is convenient to stick a long knife in the middle and turn with the board.
Brush both cakes with cream on the top and sides. Rub the chocolate on top (put it in the refrigerator beforehand).
Leave it at room temperature overnight, or put it in a cool place, but not in the refrigerator (I put it on the balcony).
