Egg diet is a proven way to help you get rid of excess pounds for a short time. There are several versions of it, and we present to you the most moderate based on reduced carbohydrate intake. To avoid monotony, which is a common cause of diet failure, you can include some extra food in your menu. In addition to the eggs, the following meals are recommended: chicken, turkey, fish, fruit and vegetables with a small amount of carbohydrates, herbal teas without sugar and water.
