Reject Bittrex's request for a BitLicense

The financial services department of New York has rejected the Bittrex application to obtain a BitLicense, they indicate that they did not solve several of the concerns of the financial services department, especially their anti-money laundering procedures.

They ensure that the user registration process does not identify misspelled names and do manual monitoring instead of an automated one and additionally they operate in countries sanctioned by North American regulators.

Bittrex on the other hand indicates that they have already begun to work to solve these concerns, and that the platform already established several policies to have much more rigid identity verification processes.
