Hello My fellow Dtube Seven77 family members,

How are you all? Hoping you're doing well. I'm really happy to engage with Dtube community. This time I came to community with show my favorite part of my life. More Dtubers know what about Meditation process ans few peoples don't know yet. I give some benefits of meditation activity.You can find other benefits from search internet. If I face some difficulty of my life I did meditation after off my work. I have big naturalize background for meditate easily.

I introduce very simply and easy step of Anapanasathi Meditation process to you. It's very easy to do. It's deeply breath included step. You can control your mind perfectly if you continuously do two weeks.I give guidelines how to do better. Listen for more info. If you give recommendation and satisfy I'll show more meditation steps in future. Also If you have any questions please ask from me. I'm ready for support you.

I am meditating recurring every 2 says or so and I am realy happy that I found back to that habit. It clears my mind and let me focus on the here and now instead of the future or past.

I have never tried meditation, but i have tried sitting quietly and staring into the sky. I have heard so much about it and really want to try it someday. Awesome post, thanks for sharing!

If you do meditation continuously two weeks you will feel your mind completely free, I can introduce more steps if you prefer to listen.
