My weight loss Blog - 37 year old man, 300 lbs - 100 lbs to lose! pt 37

Not to much to report today, diet has been fine and i have been eating much the same as usual. In fact i eat the same daily apart from evening meal that varies.

breakfast - Porridge
Lunch - baked potato and a tinned curry or mince
dinner - often chicken
supper - protein shake
before bed - cottage cheese

Its been working for me, its protein high and the cottage cheese has casein protein that sustains me through the night and helps muscle repair.

This food has become my routine and im totally happy with it so will carry on indefinitely :) I also take a multi vitamin and omega 3 fish oil caps.
