Just a rest day today..First day in a while that I have not done any exercise specifically...I did about 5000 steps approximately, I was going to do some cardio but in the end felt I had earn a deserved rest..The key is have a rest day but then get strait back at it! two rest days would lead to three ect.,..

So tomorrow Back on the bike!
