Guys i always loved poetry and im trying my hand at creating my own style...go easy on me its my 1st poem 😁
LOVERS NOT FIGHTERS
Why oh why does it feel so bad,
The rippling feeling deep inside,
The unanswered questions one does ponder,
In this lifetime wheres the founder?
In awe my eyes scan all in nature
To be hurled bk into their sockets so quick,
By the frightening sights of man-made terror
Can this life we live get any better?
From social media day by day im fading
I remember to my 13th birthday the innocent minds of creation,
How easy it was to linger in tranquillity
Now a devils nation is all one sees.
My heart breaks at my distant happy memmories of old,
Why did technology advance at such a speeding pace,
The triggers are all around us, our youth are growing older than old.
Take me back to 1996 ring ring goes the telephone i wonder who it is,
Speaking in voice the age old communication method, old world please come back...who is it?
