Turning Steem into Euro / Dollars

I've been putting off this article for a while now in hopes that the price of crypto-currencies will stabilize a little bit but I guess this is the game we play and it's better to have the knowledge of how to sell your Steem for cash now as opposed to later.

So here it goes:

First off you have to transfer your Steem and Steem Dollars into bitcoin, personally I used Bittrex.com but there are other sites out there.

Second, you should exchange your Bitcoins into Litecoin as it is a lot cheaper to transfer than Bitcoin at the present moment.

Next step is to send your Litecoin to your coinbase account. You do this because Coinbase allows you to sell Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum.

lastly you sell your Litecoin on the CoinBase exchange for either Dollars or Euros and withdraw.

Well done you just converted your time energy and hard work writing articles on Steemit into your local currency!
