A new week begins, with new commitments, new tasks, an abnormal heat for this period, which manifested itself from the early hours with the advent, not at all welcome, of a flying presence, not really friendly, a hornet, which it materialized behind me in the room that we clean every Monday morning...

I suddenly felt a loud buzz, I turned very dumbfounded and I saw it, really big, less than half a meter away from my face, I slowly backed away, continuing to look at it, he was all intent on trying to enter a hole in the wall, where an external electrical conduit passed, as I got out of its area of ​​influence I ran into the area where there were insecticides, I immediately recognized the specific one for hornets, cautiously but also convinced of my means. returned to the place of the little desired first meeting, there was no more, unwound, if by chance it had penetrated into the hole, for the avoidance of doubt I gave an abundant spray of insecticide inside the hole, nothing came out, whether there was or if it wasn't there, nothing could come back from there, because the poison is very powerful...

After the working morning in the club, we went for a walk along the seafront, even though we were at the turn of midday, as the schedule, there was a light wind, which refreshed our pace, we went at a very quiet speed, just to exercise and little else...

In the end, a distance of just over 4 km emerged, the pain in the right leg under control, not exempt but all in all acceptable, of such intensity as not to affect the gesture of walking, so I can note the physical activity daily as a positive...

In the afternoon I went to visit two customers, I went into their premises and smiled broadly, in this specific case the heat had a decidedly beneficial impact, because as I talked about positioning the slush machine for the coffee cream, the answer was, in both the cases, immediately!!, I will satisfy one tomorrow morning, the other Wednesday morning, this year few customers, I don't want to get angry too much, but I will talk about this in the next episodes...

Si inizia una nuova settimana, con nuovi impegni, nuove incombenze, un caldo anomalo per questo periodo, che si è manifestato sin dalle prime ore con l'avvento, per nulla gradito, di una presenza volante, poco amichevole davvero, un calabrone, che si è materializzato alle mie spalle nel locale che puliamo ogni lunedì mattina...

Mi sono sentito all'improvviso un forte ronzio, mi sono girato molto interdetto e l'ho visto, veramente grande, distante meno di mezzo metro dal mio viso, sono lentamente indietreggiato, continuando a guardarlo, era tutto intento a provare a entrare in un foro nella parete, dove passava una canalina elettrica esterna, come sono arrivato fuori dalla sua zona d'influenza mi sono fiondato nella zona dove c'erano gli insetticidi, ho immediatamente riconosciuto quello specifico per calabroni, con circospezione ma anche convinto dei miei mezzi sono tornato nel luogo del poco desiderato primo incontro, non c'era più, svolatilizzato, se per caso era penetrato nel foro, a scanso di equivoci ho dato un'abbondante spruzzata di insetticida dentro al foro, non è uscito nulla, che ci fosse o non ci fosse da lì non poteva ritornare indietro niente, perché è molto potente il veleno...

Terminata la mattinata lavorativa nel locale, siamo andati a fare una camminata sul lungomare, anche se eravamo a cavallo del mezzogiorno, come orario, c'era un leggero vento, che rinfrescava il nostro incedere, siamo andati a una velocità molto tranquilla, proprio per fare movimento e poco altro...

Alla fine è venuta fuori una distanza di poco superiore ai 4 km, il dolore alla gamba destra sotto controllo, non esente ma tutto sommato accettabile, di intensità tale da non arrivare a condizionare il gesto del camminare, per cui posso annotare l'attività fisica quotidiana come positiva...

Nel pomeriggio sono andato a trovare due clienti, sono entrato nei loro locali e ampi sorrisi, in questo specifico caso il caldo ha avuto un impatto decisamente benefico, perché come ho parlato di posizionare il granitore per la crema caffè la risposta è stata, in entrambi i casi, subito!!, uno lo accontenterò domani mattina, l'altro mercoledì mattina, quest'anno pochi clienti, non ho voglia di incazzarmi più di tanto, ma di questo fatto vi parlerò nelle prossime puntate...
