Taho is one of the common snack foods in the Philippines. I know it is something hot and I know of strawberry flavor which is common in Baguio City. Though, it will be a different taho experience with Soy Yummy. You can have it either hot or chilled and of different flavor.

The mango taho caught my attention when I was looking and just trying to pass time after lunch break and before going back to work. To satisfy my curiosity, I bought a regular cup which I took to the office.

Aside from taho, they also have other soy products like soy milk in bottles and refreshers of different flavors.

I just left the stall when I thought about this "all natural" ad. I wonder if that is for all their products or if it is for the bottled drinks only. I guess is will be worth going back to ask and try the other drinks.

So how's my mango taho? Here it is in our pantry. Surprise, the chilled version is really good. The chill added more sensation to the right blend of sweetener and sour mango. Just perfectly right for either a snack or dessert.

The cup size may be small for P55.00 (US $ 1.06) but again, if you want to try something new then that is fine.

Now that looks really refreshing especially with the mango that's something i could eat all day long....yummy :)

All day long! But yeah, with the very light serving, I think I can finish ten of it. 😝

Yep true on that i can do that..lol :)

Howdy macoolette! What is Taho made from, is it like yogurt or ice cream? That place looks great, I'd try them all! The size looks a little small though.lol.

The main ingredient of taho is soft tofu, then the sweetener which they call arnibal.

Most taho that are being roamed by peddlers have sago pearls as toppings though you can actually be creative and try different fruits like what this store is doing. I think the owner is actually clever to have thought of such business. It is like re-engineering what is already there and earning more from it. The regular taho from the peddler would cost around P10 while this costed me P50 yet, to your point, the size is small for the price.

Howdy again macoolette! thanks for the explanations again, very interesting and I like your business mind. When it comes to something like that I don't care about the price I just care about the size! lol.

It looks like you have sweet tooth. Be careful with the sugar though. You would not want ending up as diabetic. 😊

haha! yes I have a sweet tooth but I rarely have sugar for that reason! I guess I'm too smart for that.

I guess I'm too smart for that.

You are smart! 👍😊

lol..howdy macoolette! well, I've been called alot of things in my life but I don't recall being called that too often. lol. thanks, you are too.

Small shop but big benefits.. Nice review @macoolette :)
