Start with the date of your last menstrual period, subtract 3 months and add 7 days.
- For example, suppose your last period began 20 June 2019;
- 20 June 2019 minus 3 months is 20 Mar 2019.
- Plus 7 days is 27 Mar 2019
The child is likely to be born around 27 Mar 2019.
