Colorchallenge: Purple Sunday
Another lazy Sunday today, I didn't have any clue for a post, but then my cat got another brilliant idea.
I was working the whole Saturday and was pretty tired today, while I was lounging on the couch the cat had full batteries and was darting all over the house. It wasn't long before she turned over another plant on the window shelf while trying to reach for the birds. And when I saw what flower it is I thought it's great for a Sunday color challenge.
It's a Viola plant slowly starting to bloom.
We have a few of them around the house, hopefully, it won't be long before spring wakes them up outside as well.
Some leftovers left by the cat attack :) The leaves have a great purple color underneath.
She knows how to make a mess :) But in everything there is something good to be found.

For the flowers, I suggest you trim off some of the leaves because they are draining energy from the flower and because of them you have fewer flower blossoms and more leaves. I had many in the past and I trim them quite often.
