Developing ideas through madness journaling system
This is what happens when I am running out of ideas and decided to shut myself expanding my knowledge. Writing is my mistress, it's the way for me to cope, to pass down my ideas and have fun. I mentioned earlier in my post the reason why I am writing. Through this writing I'll hope you see the importance of taking notes and having a journal. So far, I have 6 different journals which I keep for different purposes. I hope the picture is clear so you get to see how awful my handwriting is. By the end of this post you will learn about "urban myth" and " demonstration" and a book titled " utopia" or how you can even come up with a new invented word!
There are 3 reasons of why I keep writing day to day :
It's a way for me to express my ideas
It's my self coping mechanism
I didn't turn into drugs but I turned into writing which has saved me in my most volatile days.
It's a way for me to leave a legacy Why I am constantly writing even if it's a cent's away
I think if you want to be serious at writing the first thing to do is to have a journal. Who knows, you can always look them back and decided to write a topic about it.
On a personal level this is what I said :
Coffee stimulates my brain and with all the rushing idea, I couldn't help but to write them down. Sometimes, my ideas would pile up on my notes and left to be unexplored further. Here
I am also a strong believer that writing is important because ....
I believe idea is more dangerous than weapons; once you're able to plant an idea into someone's mind it could even change a history. So that's why, I think intellectual rights should be highly rewarded and appreciated. here
I'll also show you a fun way to learn something that you hate and spark your curiosity as you expand the branch. I am a bit frustrated with linguistic so my approach is very harsh whilst when I study literature I will write it down very neatly and you'll see the difference from the notes below. Just pen down your thoughts and come back to it later. Instead of maybe doing a whole copy pasta thingy?
So let's take a peek into my madness

This journaling is AWESOME! I love it. I've kept logs of my writing but never journals really. The creative madness here makes me want to try.
@shawnamawna I am glad you love it. It's just me being crazy sometimes with the doodle above. I think when you have nothing else to do or simply flowing thoughts, always bring a paper with you. I personally have a big journal where I write ideas like a doctor prescription and It's only I who can decode it. Try it and you'll love it :)
Wishing you a great day!
Great! up
Even if your handwriting was bad, which it is not, mine is worse :D
@lindahas, Oh dear I am not sure because my writing seems to be the worse of all.
Nah, say that again and I will show you my notes :D
Hi there! As always, thanks for sharing your process in your unique kind of style. I guess I should pick up Utopia one day. It's one of the (many) literary classics that I still need to read. It's a brave thing that you're even sharing your doodles, haha.
I think you should stick to (sharing your) writing though ;>)
@vincentnijman, I am really glad you continue writing your journal. to be honest, It's a fun read during my lunch and I found plenty classic movies I've never watched previously so don't stop writing the diary :p
I find it difficult to be persistent with my writing because I sometimes set too high standards for my own writing. Like I need to read a couple of articles or evidence before I can form my opinion. It's like I am playing the devil on my own and being very critical even it's simple as a diary.
As for utopia! you really should read it. It's a fun read while also enlightening. It was a complusory read for my course so I have to yet I've neve read on " the brave new world".
It's comments like these that keep me going and of course the fun that I start to develop while writing. I agree that it's tough to lower your standards. I am trying to find some kind of middleway. If a write up would really feel too bad to share, I wouldn't. But then again, people can choose to not read or upvote that particular post.
I will definitely pick up Utopia when I get the chance :)
