Any Self-help Book Recommendations?
I am currently trying to read more on self-help books. Since there are plenty around out there, anything to help me get started with it? I am open to any recommendation and will try to get my hands on those books. Let me know what books and why I should read it. Thanks in advance.
Well that kind of depends on the topic/subject that you're looking into, but here's a few:




This is really good for working through codependency and learning how to develop healthy relationships/attachment styles.
If you just want something that's a nice positive read and handles the topic of mental illness pretty well then this is good.
If you're looking for meaning and help overcoming some hurdles, then this is good.
Everyday advice and perspective?
Oh and of course the Tao Te Ching is gold too.
I am going to read meditation by Marcus Aurelius. I already have the book but haven't finished the current book I read. Also, I read Tao Te Ching, it helped me a lot last year while I was desperately in need of answers. From those list above, I am interested in Pia Mellody, since lately been examining relationship between human. Thanks for those recommendations.
